Celebrating St. David's Day
People of Wales still remember David. He was such a special
person that he was given the title of patron saint of Wales.
Every year, on March 1st, many children dress in national costume.
Special concerts are held in schools throughout the country.
Men, women, boys and girls were their national flower, the daffodil, with pride.
It is a special day when the Welsh nation celebrate the life of David - a great
man who helped the growth of Christianity in Wales.
